On January 19, 1999 I became totally debt free! In just 6 ½ years, I paid off my 30-year mortgage by following the Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® (DF&PL) Basic Course, an amazing home study course. My entire debt elimination plan took only 7.3 years. This is what has allowed me to a live a life of my own design that included actively parenting my children and giving back to my community.

My children had never been in day-care and that was important to me. Every choice that I make is always with their best interest in the forefront -- something-far too many Americans do not do. I have been a Mom for over 19 years; that has been my main focus in life. I decided when my son was born, that I would put my wants and desires on hold for my children. This was the least that I could do for them, and the world. Therefore, I lived a lifestyle that put my children first, which meant I purchased old/new cars, I lived at my means if not less than what I earned. I shopped for bargains; I used generic brand items....I lived the DF&PL lifestyle. But I did have debts.

I assumed, like most Americans, that I would always have debts. Then I received the Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® (DF&PL) Basic Course. I purchased my first family home in August of 1992, and paid it off over 23 years sooner than the mortgage company would have liked. On my home mortgage interest alone I saved over $81,000. This was possible by owning my own business and by applying the Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® system to my personal and professional life. You don't have to live like a pauper to have our system work for you...and our system takes advantage of the money you are already spending. When my youngest son started kindergarten, I decided to concentrate 100% on my wealth building through my debt elimination business. I am certified to teach John Cummuta's Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® and Transforming Debt Into Wealth® systems through seminars and personal consultations. I teach personal financial workshops in the adult education field, as well as to small local businesses.

In January of 2003 I joined Tower Financial Services™ as a National Sales Manager. I am involved in community volunteer work with my local schools, Community Policing, Athletic Boosters, Exchange Club and a Family Resource Center where I teach an ESL, English as a Second Language class.
